Shipping information, print timings and order details

Delivery timings
Usually, it takes 6-7 working days to fulfil and print an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 48hrs, while European and international orders are sent via courier.

We work with a fantastic print company based in the north west of the UK.

International customs tax

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbour’s in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, please get in touch with us at hello@thecolourpalettecompany.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders 

How are products made?

Our printer uses state of the art Kornit Avalanche HD6 machines which produce premium quality prints.

The Kornit Avalanche HD6 uses 6 colours + white ink, all of which are water based and vegan. The extra colour channels produce vibrant full colour prints. With these printers you get a soft hand feel to your print that is not achievable with other printing processes.

Direct to garment (DTG) print isn't as solid in appearance as screen print due to the water based ink. We recommend turning all DTG-printed garments inside-out before washing, and never wash hotter than 30°C.

Packaging

We use biodeg­ra­dable mailing bags or recyclable cardboard or fibreboard boxes to send all of our products. Some products such as mugs will be packaged with plastic bubble wrap for protection during transit.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@thecolourpalettecompany.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@thecolourpalettecompany.com within a week’s time with photos of the damaged/incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
