Produced in collaboration with Suffolk Archives and its home of The Hold, Ipswich, all six swatches on The Suffolk Colour Palette were suggested by the good people of the county through social media comments and public events. Beach Hut Pastel: For the sun-kissed colours of our coastal towns.
Coast Sunrise: For Blue Flag beaches and first light sunrise.
Rædwald Gold: For an Anglo-Saxon King and the precious Sutton Hoo helmet.
Britten Red: For The Red House – composer Benjamin Britten’s beautiful home and gardens.
Punch Chesnut: For the Suffolk Punch horse and its distinctive ginger brown colour. Always chesnut, never chestnut!
