If you need a unique, last-minute present for a teacher who loves to drink tea, there is one fairly obvious place to start.
But rather than another generic teacher mug, choose one that actually tells a story.
The Colour Palette Company creates mugs inspired by towns, cities, counties and much-loved places. Each design features six colours, with every swatch representing something connected to that location.
So if your teacher is a proud Glaswegian, choose Glasgow. If they’re from Wales, there are Cardiff and Swansea Colour Palettes. Perhaps they studied in Nottingham, love weekends in Brighton or spend their summer holidays in Cornwall.
Suddenly a simple mug becomes a much more personal Christmas gift.
Add their favourite tea bags or a packet of biscuits and you’ve got a lovely little teacher present without spending a fortune.
Our porcelain Colour Palette mugs are designed for everyday use, making them particularly good gifts for the staff room, classroom or home.
If you want to add something extra, pair the mug with a matching Colour Palette coaster. Or choose a fridge magnet as a smaller thank-you present for a teaching assistant or another member of school staff.
Browse Colour Palette gifts celebrating Dorset, Cornwall, the Peak District, Newcastle, Durham, Northumberland or Salford.

Tea tastes better from your favourite mug. We can’t scientifically prove that, but we’re pretty confident.
