Buying Christmas presents for people at work can be surprisingly difficult.
You know them well enough to buy them something. But perhaps not well enough to know exactly what they want.
That’s why affordable Christmas gifts for colleagues work best when they’re fun, useful and have some kind of personal connection.
The Colour Palette Company has plenty of options that tick all three.
Our fridge magnets and coasters make colourful little desk-friendly gifts, while mugs are ideal for the colleague who seems to spend half the working day putting the kettle on.
Choose a Colour Palette connected to where they live, where they grew up or the city where you work together.
There are designs for Birmingham, Glasgow, Nottingham, Edinburgh, York, Sheffield, Derby and Brighton, alongside county and coastal favourites including Suffolk, Norfolk and Cornwall.
Christmas gifts for colleagues that aren’t boring
Nobody really needs another generic “World’s Best Colleague” mug.
A Colour Palette mug is different because every colour has a story attached to it. The Birmingham design, for example, includes references to the city’s buses, Mr Egg, the Jewellery Quarter, balti, the Bullring Bull and Black Sabbath.
Other palettes do the same thing for their own locations.
It turns a useful everyday object into a conversation starter and a little reminder of home.
For smaller budgets, take a look at our Colour Palette coasters and fridge magnets. For a bigger office present, explore our mugs and Colour Palette wall art.
Whether you’re buying for one colleague, an office Secret Santa or the person who has rescued the printer for you approximately 47 times this year, there are plenty of colourful Christmas gift ideas to choose from.
